Visit Indian Shores, FL in Style

We are Chad and Melissa. We live in Parrish, Florida with our kids Tanner, Charley and Abby. Having vacationed many times around St. Pete’s over the last 20  years, we finally bought our condo in 2017 after falling in love with Indian Shores.

Indian Shores  is an upmarket  town on the Gulf Strip away from the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. We are Located in the northern end of Indian Shores  just a short walk to 198th Street beach access. There is no public parking nearby and the beach is particularly  quiet.

Our kids love to go to the pool in the morning. We then spend the day on the beach with another dip in the pool upon returning.  After a quick dinner we walk  back over to the beach to catch  a spectacular  sunset.  More often than not we stop for ice cream on the way home. 

Let’s face  it. It’s not easy to travel with young children and all the extras you have to bring with you. We try and make it easy by providing the necessities when traveling with young children. 

We pride ourselves in our hospitality, being prompt to answer any questions before and during your stay, ensuring your well-earned vacation is not only enjoyable but memorable.

This condo is well equipped and the beach items are such a great addition. I was so glad to see this condo available again and booked it right away because we are so comfortable. It was great to meet Chad and Melissa on the beach one evening too. So great to put names with faces and get to enjoy such generous hospitality. I will definitely book next year if available and continue for the future.  Verified  Very beautiful and peaceful place! Hopefully will be able to stay again in the future! Everything about this condo was amazing. The kitchen had everything you need to cook with. We loved this rental. We felt at home away from home.  We had plenty of room for a family of four and loved the games,  beach accessories available,  and nice quality towels and linens.  Verified  The house was very clean and well decorated. We had plenty of supplies. The dock was perfect for the guys to hang out and fish. There was even a cleaning table with running water. The garage was stocked with a wagon, canopy, pool toys, sand toys and chairs for the beach. The pool was nice, we brought our own canopy down for shade. There is no grill but plenty of space to bring one. The master bathroom is very tiny and hard to move around in, there is a second bathroom though. If you aren’t use to stairs, prepare yourself. I do wish the beach access wasn’t so far. It’s a pretty good trot down the road, then across the street. We rented a golf cart to get around so it wasn’t bad for us. If you have kids I’d recommend doing the same.

The condo was very clean and a great place for a relaxing vacation. Great location, right in between Clearwater and St Pete!! There is a bit of a walk to the beach, maybe a five minute walk. Down the condo parking lot, down the street and then across the street and then over to the beach. I was expecting it to be a lot closer. Very near the bay though! The pool was nice as well.
